In this role, you will:

Work closely with, and assist the Case Managers in the lodgment of qualified cases ensuring fast turnaround times and accurate processing of visa applications and that all documents and requisites follow quality assurance and compliance checklists.

Liaise directly with clients on an ongoing basis- handling queries over the phone and/or via email to expedite the lodgment process.

Cross check that all relevant documentation is in accordance with company processes to make sure that the service is delivered with 100% success.

Comply with all internal processes, ensuring all documents are saved for easy access and compliance purposes, with the support of the sales administration team members.

To join us, you will:

Have at least 3 years’ experience in an administration role with a focus on client service.

  • Have the skill to handle a complex database/CRM
  • Possess a desire to be part of a dynamic and expanding organisation using your adaptability, flexibility and resilience.
  • A knowledge of spoken Spanish would be highly regarded.

  • Sales support by fast and efficient follow up of all company’s
    consultations and leads generated by marketing processes
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients to ensure fast

  • Contribute to marketing and sales by regularly reviewing company
    processes and systems and assisting to improve these

Senior Migration Agent Sales

  • Responsible for ongoing sales and clients conversions within the company
  • Utilise Migration Manager database to manage cases and workflow

Key Accountabilities

  • Running daily consultations with new and potential clients in person and via skype or telephone
  • Written follow up of consultations
  • Mentoring and working together with Case Manager on checklist consultations with clients and ensuring Migration Manager programmed dates and times are followed through in order to finalise and lodge case on time
  • Assisting Case Manager when necessary to liaise with clients to obtain necessary
    documents for the case and overall case management
  • Mentoring Migration Coordinator and assisting this position to achieve KPIs in terms of client conversions

Experience and Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills required:

– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a senior migration agent´s role

Desirable knowledge and skills required:

– Registered Migration Agents licence Migration Manager database experience
