Melanie Macfarlane

CEO and Principal Migration Consultant (MARN 0319166)

Melanie Macfarlane is the CEO and Principal Migration Consultant of MM Migration (MARN 0319166) and has over 15 years’ experience within the immigration industry. Melanie has been providing the childcare industry with immigration assistance for 10 of these years and during this time has worked with many centres throughout regional and metropolitan Australia. Last year she presented to all the HR Managers and CEOs of the large childcare groups such as Goodstart, Guardian and Only About Children about the latest changes in immigration and the subsequent implications on their workforce.


Melanie specialises in Skilled visas, Training visas and sponsor visas. MM Migration & Recruitment have helped thousands of Migrants achieve their professional and migration goals.

Melanie is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) where she trains other Migration Agents as well as being a founding member for the International Student Education Agent Association (ISEAA) where she works collaboratively with other members of the education and immigration industry advocating industry ethics and quality of provision of international education.

 

Barbara Galati

Trainer Assessor and Child Care Recruiter

Barbara Galati has been working in the early childhood education industry for over 25 years. Initially as Director and managed a sixty-place community based for 10 years. Barbara also represented an early childhood corporate organisation and liaised with government departments to assist families in finding approved childcare placements while undertaking activities such as job search, work, study or rehabilitation as part of an employment pathway plan, to help parents enter or re-enter the workforce.

Barbara has worked as a Trainer and Assessor for 15 years delivering the Early Childhood qualification, including the Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education as well as VET In schools program. Barbara has maintained close contact with the industry while training to ensure innovation and currency. Barbara also designs, develops and monitors Work-Based Training Plans for on the job training.
